Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping

We now ship both domestically and internationally!

For international orders, there is a $25.00 flat rate fee for shipping. Please allow at least 7-14 business days for order processing and shipping.

For domestic orders, there is a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee. Please allow at least 2-10 business days for order processing and shipping time to receive your package if you choose Standard Ground/Economy. 

Neutral Rebel offers the following domestic shipping processes:

  • Standard Ground/Economy ($6.00): 2-8 business days transit 
  • Express ($20.00): 1-3 business days transit

Your order may be delivered via USPS or UPS depending on shipping costs and availability.

Additionally, as a small, one-woman business, Neutral Rebel operations pause for vacation, holidays, personal emergencies, etc. We will post a "Vacation Notice" here on our website during these times and/or email customers regarding any order updates.

2. Lost/Stolen Packages

Neutral Rebel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after it has been shipped and scanned. After the package has been marked as in transit, the fulfillment company is liable. We have seen an increase in instances of USPS/UPS losing packages once we drop off them off at the shipping center. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. In response, we are happy to offer free replacements, depending on availability, on a case-by-case basis upon proof of no delivery.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

While we carefully inspect every item for damage before it ships out, we know things happen. If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! As we are a small and growing company, Neutral Rebel offers the following return and cancellation policy:

  • To initiate a return, email within 30 days of your order date. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Please include original packaging and packing slip, if possible.
  • Returns and order cancellations will be issued store credit via e-gift card to your email address on file;
  • Shipping is nonrefundable, but we are happy to cover the cost of return shipping;
  • Return items must have original tags attached and have no signs of wear, damage, or use (e.g., body odor or perfume, stains, pilling, etc.); 
To exchange an item, you may initiate a return per the instructions above, and we will be happy to process the exchange for you depending on product availability. If the product you want is not available, we will issue a store credit via e-gift card. We must receive and inspect the returned article for damage before shipping out the new item.

    3. Damaged Items

    While we do our best to inspect every item prior to shipping, we understand accidents happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at with a description and photos of the damage. Upon review, we will be happy to issue a refund to the original form of payment or process an exchange upon customer preference and product availability.

    3. Discount Codes

    Discount/promotion codes must be applied during checkout before your order has been processed. We cannot apply discount codes after you have placed your order.
