We now ship both domestically and internationally!
For international orders, there is a $20.00 flat rate fee for shipping. Please allow at least 7-14 business days for order processing and shipping.
For domestic orders, there is a $6.00 flat rate shipping fee. Please allow at least 2-8 business days for order processing and shipping time to receive your package if you choose Standard Ground/Economy. USPS has recently been experiencing delays in deliveries due to organizational changes and COVID-19, so shipping may take longer than usual.
Neutral Rebel offers the following domestic shipping processes:
- Standard Ground/Economy ($6.00): 2-8 business days transit
- Express ($15.00): 1-3 business day transit
Your order may be delivered via USPS or UPS depending on shipping costs and availability.
2. Lost/Stolen Packages
Neutral Rebel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after it has been shipped and scanned. After the package has been sent off, the fulfillment company is liable. We apologize for this inconvenience. However, we are happy to provide free replacements or store credit, depending on availability, on a case-by-case basis upon proof of no delivery.

2. Returns & Exchanges
While we carefully inspect every item for damage before it ships out, we know things happen. If you’re looking to return your order, we're here to help! As we are a small and growing company, Neutral Rebel offers the following return policy:
Returns will be issued a refund in the form of store credit via e-gift card;
We must receive your return within 30 days of your order date;
Return items must have tags attached and have no signs of wear or use (e.g., body odor or perfume, stains, pilling, etc.);
We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label via email. Please include your package slip with the return;
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged; and
To exchange an item, you may return it per the instructions above and use the e-gift card to purchase the correct item. We must receive and inspect the returned article for damage before shipping out the new item.

3. Discount Codes
Discount/promo codes must be applied during checkout before your order has been processed. We cannot apply discount codes after you have placed your order.
